Replace multiple teeth

Tooth loss can occur for any number of reasons and sometimes more than one area is affected. In these situations, dental implants may be used, in combination with your natural teeth, to restore your smile and chewing function.

In some cases your natural teeth are not suitable partners for your new dental implants. In these instances a full arch approach may be right for you.

Dr. Dempsey will discuss with you your individual goals and work with you to determine which treatment option is best suited for your needs.

What To Expect

Timeline for Multi-Tooth Implants:

  • Removal of tooth and placement of bone graft to aid in healing

  • Healing of 8-12 weeks to allow for proper bone formation and strength.

  • Placement of the dental implant (“screw” portion) into the prepared site

  • Healing period of 8-12 weeks for bone to fuse to the implant surface.

  • Restore implant(s) with crown, bridge or denture (This step will be completed by your dentist).

  • Follow up with Dr. Dempsey 6 months after implant restoration to ensure proper implant health
